I first experienced Rolfing 20 years ago when I was suffering with debilitating back pain. I had been to doctors and chiropractors and
felt no relief. I discovered that Rolfing was the most effective treatment for my pain. It was at this time that I did a ten series and found that Rolfing not only relieved my pain, it allowed me to function better in all aspects of my life.
After a number of years working in the high tech field, I decided to make a career change. I have always been interested in how things work, and I enjoy hands on activities where both mind and body are involved. My experience with Martial Arts brought an awareness of the body and its proper and efficient use. These interests and my past experience brought me to Rolfing as a new career choice. Attending the Rolf™ Institute and numerous postgraduate workshops and seminars has only deepened my conviction in the immense value of Rolfing® Structural Integration.
I have been married to my wife Diana for 30 years and have 2 sons, Jay and Charles. I have also studied and taught Tai Chi for over 20 years. I have a BA degree in Anthropology and a MA in Philosophy.
